3.       Terry Marler: He is facilitator in arranging and will guide me throughout the project.
4.       Learners: Students of Horticulture who will benefit from the project.
5.       Colleagues: They help me in discussion and reflection.

Leadership:  I will be in the leading role but will be assisted in managing the project by Kim, Robi and Terry.

Outcomes:
1.       A learning design for Vermicuture learning.
2.       Online source of Marketing for the Industry.
3.       An example Open Learning resource for Vermiculture.
I will work on the project for two weeks in completing the project to set an example for the school.

Infrastructure:  Human resources are important for the project that has the knowledge of creating wiki pages, providing audio and visual resources. The management and coordination of the project will solely depend on the human resources. The people in the management are Kim, Terry, Robi and me. The equipments required are computer and internet.

Involvement of Learners:
The active involvement of the learners is the key factor for the success of the project. They can be kept engaged in learning by giving them the opportunity to do a variety of activities. The learning will be divided into small chunks. An activity will be given after every section. The learners will be invited through sharing the links with social networking sites, the farmer organizations and sharing the links with agricultural universities. The can communicate with each other and the instructors through community portal on the wiki. They can be asked to do a case study from the area they live and share that with others.

Facilitation and Support:
Wiki is an open resource and facilitator can invite the learners through sharing the links for deep learning. A forum can be set up to discuss the difficulties in learning and for giving and getting the feedback. The forum will help them to get support from other learners as they can interact with each other.

Capacity and Capability:
In terms of capability, I have to learn the how to create the wiki pages and learning design that should suit the learners at any level. The capability will lead to develop capacity to apply the outcomes of the project in future in creating online resources.

Assessment and Evaluation:
These elements determine the fate of any project. In case of open resources the direct and formal assessment cannot be conducted. But the application of the learning and project can be evaluated through discussion forum, emails and case studies. The learners can be asked to share their learning experiences with others and get support from others.
